I have had the OK from my vet to give my very allergenic doggo human antihistamine. Cetirizine (Zyrtec), or Loratadine (Claritin) are fine. And really help. Although he does get sleepy.

#2 I felt like I was able to be supportive again. And be a parent. And it felt good. Guess I have missed that.

#1 Eldest child has been living very independently overseas. Forging ahead in their own life and identity. I miss them. We never talk about deep and meaningful stuff anymore. Then they reached out, cause they were going thru a tough time and missed home, and I felt all warm and fuzzy. 🥰
