4 pairs of eyes, 4 hours and one treasure hunt later, the alignment pin resurfaces in the most obscure spot.

The stray alignment pin is superglued into place (why isn’t this the default anyway)

Load lock back in working order - sample unloading can proceed. Happy end.

Was thinking about RELION5's new coordinate system and came to a realization... Was the switch to a centered coordinate system done to make sure that the coordinates of a particle are applicable to reconstructed tomograms of any size? #teamtomo
