Commissioned to redesign two lobbies within the Bernstein Real Estate Campus, this project establishes a unified architectural language that connects the buildings as part of a cohesive campus identity. The owners placed a strong emphasis on #sustainability #accessibility and #healthymaterials
October means we are losing daylight & St. Johns Place is a perfect example to illustrate the concept of daylight design. An energy analysis allowed the calibration between the south facing windows and the solar shading required to achieve the #PassiveHouse standard.
