From the trail a festival of green unfolds in seamless rhythm. Skunk cabbage foreground exposing it's giant vibrant leaves. Background is a tangle of green with ferns, ivy & bramble blending together in a welcome breath. Tall barren birch lean in as if trying to absorb the green below..their time not yet fully realized. A hint of blue peeks through the trees promising warmth in the coming hours.
