We all depend on the ocean, for air, food, climate, & connection.
And so do Curlews. In winter, they head to estuaries, saltmarshes & coastal mudflats, relying on these rich marine habitats to survive.
Protecting oceans = protecting Curlews. Let’s celebrate our blue planet.

Spring passage may not be as strong as autumn but the birds are smarter than these daft juvenile Curlew Sandpipers!
