#JamesBarryDiary 18/4/1876 A moderately fine day indeed, sunny the most of the time. Jordan sawing in the day time and Henry in the night time. I did nothing about the mill to day, but was in the little shop and Blacksmiths shop all day, making ornaments for Bookbinding and some other nicknacks.

#JamesBarryDiary 13/4/1876 A beautiful clear nice day indeed. Melted all the new snow away, and helped the water a little - just enough to keep saw mill agoing. The Ritchies sawing. I did nothing about the mill to day - in the little shop most of the time, working at many curious things.
