🚨New Episode Alert 🚨

Rob and Ellie travel back to Iceland to talk all things The Love That Remains.

Following the lives of a family split by divorce, this sweet, funny and occasionally fantastical film stars Saga Garðarsdóttir (Woman at War) and Sverrir Gudnason. Also a cute dog.

Disney+ skipping constantly when no other streaming app does anything similar.

So far I have had to cancel watching Home Alone, The Sound of Music and An Almost Christmas Story.

It even happens on the adverts. What is going on?

Will keep eyes and ears peeled.
Kvikmyndapod is sort of on a hiatus at the moment I’m afraid due to life stuff but we’ll let you know when we’ll be back.
Have you watched The Darkness yet?

This is incredible!! I’m so pleased you managed it and maintained it. I have not touched it. Mainly because it’s in a box somewhere waiting til we move into a new house! But 2026 will be the year!

@robwatts88.bsky.social I did it!! Two pages a day as a nightstand book (sometimes more when the mood strikes!) & you're through it in a year! I listened to the @sagathingpodcast.bsky.social episodes prior to starting each new saga as well, which helps with insights to look out for 😁 #BookSky 💙📚🇮🇸

I’ve not seen it but I am aware. I’m pretty sure it’s actually from the 1980s which is why we’ve not seen/covered it! And almost certainly why it looks that way 😝

Just watched the video for One Step Closer by Linkin Park for the first time in HD and it looks great!

A classic video that I’d only ever seen in piss poor noughties Kerrang channel quality!

Always remember how much my equine vet daughter laughed when I asked 'is he 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 the black horse, or....?'

The answer, of course, is 'or....' 🤭

Great #film, and great episode from @robwatts88.bsky.social & Ellie on #Kvikmyndapod 🎬🍿

If you’re planning on watching any Lynch, my advice is: don’t watch any analysis videos, don’t think about what stuff is “supposed” to mean, just get your own unique experience from it!!

I think people have become far too concerned with the “correct” interpretations of media. Just experience it!!!
