I had very similar from Padre Pizza on Laugavegur, the pizza was £22 which tbh I wasn't too horrified by! It was on a white sauce base rather than tomato, unusual, (& very thirst-making later, I was positively drooling at the on-stage carafe during the evening #IcelandNoir panels!) rich but yummy 😋

#IcelandNoir was absolutely brilliant. I had the pleasure of moderating a panel with firefighters from work, taking part in another as an author, and even read from my newest book in English for the first time. I met so many wonderful people and had an incredible time 💛

Now we have to keep everything crossed that #IcelandNoir and #VeniceNoir don't clash again!

Downside of this delicious dinner was I sat thru the final 2 panels of #IcelandNoir 2025 (feat. Lena Olin, Lasse Hallström & GRRM) fantasising about storming the stage NOT for the talent, but for the water carafe 🤣💦 So I skipped the farewell party in favour of an early night & gallon of water!
