As much as I love FURY ROAD and FURIOSA, the final chase scene from MAD MAX 2 aka THE ROAD WARRIOR might just be the best in a series full of incredible chase scenes

I revisited Costner’s HORIZON recently. Rich in being, patient and relaxed, yet so purposeful. Small, detailed strokes on an enormous canvas. We should herald this huge creative swing from Costner in the same way we do late-stage Scorsese, Spielberg & Coppola. Messy and beautiful.
