I took this a few weeks ago.
I’ve seen White Bellied Sea Eagles take sea birds before. I think this is a Black Cormorant. Possibly a Muttonbird. They can become exhausted during migration.

I haven't seen a Kent Shore Lark since Jan 2022 but found one today at Sandwich Bay
