I would be devastated if the finale of a show I loved was completely and utterly spoiled for me beyond reasonable control. Knowing facts without the full context can spiral my brain in ways the story didn’t intend for me to experience, and I want to preserve that as much as possible.

Things that help calm the nervous system, quickly:
- Box breathing (in for 4, hold for 4, out for 4, hold for 4, repeat)
- Immerse your face in cold water (activates mammalian dive reflex)
- Humming (stimulates vagus nerve)
- Exercise (anything helps, outside even better)
