Back in the backyard, we see what Linzi and Jess have been watching from their chairs: a gorgeous sunset. Jess has her hand sitting on Linzi's armrest, and Linzi has laid their hand on top. Linzi: "And you'll never have to deal with that again." Jess: "Thank Christ."

Ali exasperated says "This job is burning me out! It's unfulfilling and there's nowhere to go in the company EITHER!... Not to mention everything else going on right now..." Coworker responds "You have a master's! Isn't this what you went for?"
Ali now in the kitchen with a client. "Hey Jon. You got the dinner dishes for your chore tonight." Shrugging, Jon says "Oh... What all do I need to do? Put them in the machine?" Ali responds "Well you need to hand wash them first."
Both characters reducing detail, as Jon immediately just rinsed the dishes. Ali thinks "... really?" as she watches"
Now both just heads on tubes: "'Kay Am I done?" "You just rinsed them and them in the machine though..." "Yeah? So?"

Welcome back color comics! This was drawn in May as I was burning out, and increasingly frustrated with the feeling of being trapped in the job while the world outside got more hostile and hopeless.
