1) How do we capture the “golden goose” of interaction proteomics-dynamic, context-dependent PPI networks? Faster data acquisition and deep learning are transforming interactomics. Our review in Molecular Omics highlights recent advances and future directions.

Happy reading!
A big thank you to the external speakers, the poster presenters from our SFB, our central project Z01 for hosting and all attendees for active participation - the symposium was an engaging and inspiring event!

BEFORE THE BATHROOM SCALE WAS INVENTED, THE ONLY WAY TO WEIGH PEOPLE WAS MASS SPECTROMETRY.
Yeah Gilles, and the Novartis team were fantastic collaboration partners. They performed the transporter assays for SLC39A8/ ZIP8 (Figure 6E). Showing that the identified interaction partners after knock-down directly affect transport activity of SLC39A8.
We did it! 🎉 The RESOLUTE project is wrapped up. Years of fun collaboration, discovery, and innovation in SLC research. thanks to everyone who was involved! #RESOLUTE #SLC #ScienceTogether
I've noticed this as well, though only on Massive, not in PRIDE. It doesn't make sense to me. I reject it during revisions and say that I can't evaluate the deposited data.
Our work on deriving protein-protein (functional) associations across different human tissues from proteomics data is now published. There is quite a lot in this paper, so I will just touch on a few highlights:

I came across this short, a bit entertaining clip about our SLC-interactome mapping: www.youtube.com/watch?v=FjU5.... Stay tuned - we're in the final stages of wrapping up our paper.
Migration completed. Already connected to many #proteomics scientist accounts ;-)
