Not necessarily as its noted as upgraded, whatever that means, but creation engine is so accessible for modders and that was such a huge part of the staying power of Skyrim.

I got to see him conduct the Boston Symphony Orchestra at Tanglewood during a show dedicated to Spielberg and Scorcese. I sat 2 rows behind both directors as my wife's grandfather did music reviews for the local paper and scored great tickets through him. Magical night.
