Been #sewing like a fiend lately for my #cosplay. Mostly the unglamorous parts of sewing like altering, patterning, layout, and cutting. I’ve spent hours getting pieces on-grain, stabbing myself with pins, and dodging my own rotary cutter.

Dude that is sick affffffffff. The snakes on the guns are so wicked and I always love spotting the cat lol

if you're not having a Net Quantity of Fun from making and wearing your cosplays i'm coming after you. i'm in your walls. you are spending too much money to not have fun. stop torturing yourself

Please pre-wash your fabrics as much as you can. They’re often treated with chemicals as a last step, and I’ve seen someone have a horrible reaction to an unwashed costume piece once.

If you buy second-hand, you definitely need to pre-wash.
