#SakuraCon is constantly improving and will always need to improve. Some problems are intractible to the space and time and demand, and yet it continues to be a huge event at the con and in people's dinners and afters. Good for them.

#SakuraCon the community is more diverse than it used to be and a lot older, as the Toonami generation hits twenty years after their widespread takeover of the scene. No one stops watching or stops coming these days, and brings their kids too.

#SakuraCon the free viewing/screening rooms are gone with the licensing issues. The badges no longer have real names on cheap paper. The speed of pick-up is hyper fast compared to the old days, there are just simply more people in the space now.

#SakuraCon the free arcade is super stacked. The sit-down gaming is now well placed and diverse and always free. The Mahjong crew is running all con. Cultural events get far more room to expand. People aren't stuck in the bad public escalator zone.

#Sakuracon the artist alley is now the size of the entire former exhibitor hall, from the Obama era corner of that hall to the bad firetrap basement. Exhibits in the Summit basement is absurd.
