My quilt Left Turn 2 was awarded 3rd place in Abstract quilts at Road to California 2025. Left Turn is also on exhibit in the Selections from Quiltcon 2024 exhibit. The show runs through Saturday Jan 25 at the Ontario California Convention Center. Thank you judges David Taylor and Kathie Kerler

Post a hawk if you see this. Here's a red-tailed hawk in Manhattan a few years ago. It was banded as a Central Park hawk and the birders tracking those hawks were surprised it flew as far as the East River. #birds #hawk

Sew more than half of them into 4 patches. Then arrange those on the design wall and fill in the remaining blocks. This will break up the patterns you have now and help you commit to a layout.
