You can ask ChatGPT or any AI to prepare a meal plan for you for any diet. You can specify “for people who can’t cook”, “gluten-free”, “low FODMAP”, etc. Then have it prepare a grocery list, tell you which stores nearby have those items on sale, and show you how to get them delivered!

Very intriguing article suggesting a link between blood vessels & pain. Blood draining from veins “in the direction of gravity” drops blood pressure & causes veins to dilate. “It’s possible… that this sensitises nociceptors in & around the veins, increasing feelings of pain.”
