At #horrorconscotland today and it's looking spooky. The gates are open, the lights have been dimmed and it's feeling eerie! 😱

“The Other Bennet Sister” was delightful and now all I want is a shared-universe spin off where the young Gardiners hang out with the young Fezziwigs and maybe solve some crimes and have raucous parties. #c19th

As Christians around the world remember the Last Supper today, we share with you this amazing illustration from a tiny book called The Illustrated Testament. This pocket-sized summary of the New Testament is from our collections, and is thought to date from the 19th Century.

Look at the great poster the U of Connecticut made for me--incorporating the witty trade card of Elizabeth Griffin, mid #18thc London map & printseller.
Immodest of me--but I believe my talk (3/26, 4pm) will be live-streamed, so pls let me know, farflung Bsky pals, if you'd like more info'.
