Batch cooking is great but only do it with food you LOVE, not healthy food you think you should eat more of. If you do that it just sits in your freezer forever sulking at you.

Last nights sleep. Am averaging 4 hours a night for last week. 5 for if I look at the last month but none of it is continuous. I generally function quite well on not much sleep but struggling at the moment. Hence lack of running.

My consultant has put me forward for biologics as it impacts my asthma & I end up on oral steroids.. not good for my bones as recurrent stress fracture has shown. How long does injection last? Its a shame they wont top it up.
I was going to say hay-fever. I am having 3 chlorphenamine a day & 2 of the 180mg fexofenadine, plus eye drops, nasal sprays & my usual asthma meds.. still want to rip my face off but yes I'll try some honey 😡 I try to remember they ARE just trying to be helpful, people do mean well. 😬

Someone with decision making powers. I just put in formal conplaint re LA failure to follow Sencop, ignoring requests for co-production meetings re working document. Consistently ignoring emails, missing deadline, blatantly lying in a meeting telling me they wd submit WD to tribunal then not doing.
School sent a missed providion map as evidence for needs assessment showing they already spend more than the notional £6k. I will see if they can do one for EP recommendations. Its riddiculous. There is a yr wait for tribunal & child is yr10 so they trying to delay knowing that. They have to send

Frustratingly less than 48 hrs later I got a no to issue for EHCP for one of my other children, despite the EP report stating class sizes of 5 needed for gcse subjects & individual tuition.... apparently reasonable adjustments by her mainstream high school & she doesnt need an EHCP according to LA..

Had already delayed tribunal by 6 mths by failing to submit the working document before the original scheduled hearing. Absolute joke of a process, ignoring my requests for co-production etc. They just use the legal system to delay.
