Last nights sleep. Am averaging 4 hours a night for last week. 5 for if I look at the last month but none of it is continuous. I generally function quite well on not much sleep but struggling at the moment. Hence lack of running.

Legorunbuddy stood on a black shelf in my house next to a toy model smurf. The smurf has a cape and is in a superman pose. To the left you can see the top end of an inhaler.

The den! Its a massive box that once contained a bike, it has been opened, a door created with hinges and a lock. There is a porch/overhang and a blanket added as roof. Misty the cat is stood on the top.

Some graffiti art I spotted on my way home. So beautiful. I think its a little telecoms box? Each side has been painted with wild flowers.
