Chicken Cutlet Piccata & Lemon Ricotta pasta topped with fresh parsley and a side of roasted asparagus
I put in a little extra effort tonight and made Chicken Cutlet Piccata and Pasta al Limone. It was rich and indulgent while still retaining a lovely lightness thanks to the lemon used through out the dish. Definitely one for a cozy Saturday!
