Finished my "Forbidden Words" piece. I didn't attend Quiltcon but was so proud of all the fiber artists that had created their art quilts to protest against the administration removing hundreds of words and phrases from multiple websites and federal agencies.

fun fact: you could do 1 or 2 one-hour interviews for an academic library job via phone and be done with it. the secret is, there's often an expectation that your could-be coworkers have to perform extra labor, since a lot of of places count hiring committees as "internal professional service"
