After 17 hours in the ER they finally got my mom a bed in the stroke unit. After they told her she wasn’t having a stroke. They didn’t let her pee and didn’t explain to her why she had to starve the whole time too.

Mom’s been in the ER since 1am. They still haven’t decided to admit her after 8 hours. I only found this out after calling the hospital and being shuffled around the multiple departments until someone could be bothered to answer my questions. I’m so happy to live in America 🙃
