Depends on a judge: I’d vote for "Torture, intended grievous bodily harm, experiments on humans.", sexual assault only could be applied if judge wants longer sentence.
But never mind.

There's nothing sexual there. I doubt aliens even know what it means. It's pure cruel experiments etc. Sexual theme - yes, because this anime has a lot of sexual-themed humor. And that's pretty clear from the description because Okarun's sexual organs were stolen.
But let us stop here.

Basically, it started when “stick” was stolen from Okarun. (And why it isn’t SA btw?)

Raped? It was more like vivisection. Not a bit of “sexual” thing there.

Sexual humor? Yep.
Sexual assaults and these kind of things? Only for whom see it everywhere. Nothing you can’t expect from that kind of anime.
