I completely agree! AI shouldn't replace human teachers & we should fight for more resources. But funding is slow & we found students want to be able to practice over & over which is not feasible in a classroom where many students need to take turns. We concluded that AI should be a supplement only.

🤖 Professionals who are more positive about technology in #mental #healthcare, who are happier with #eMentalHealth, & who use e-mental health in more ways are more interested in using #AI in their practice. They hope that AI will broaden access to care but have concerns about #data privacy. (5/7)

🧑‍🎓 Students perceive #genAI patient simulator #chatbots as acting like they would expect a real patient to act, and are enthusiastic about the idea of using them to train their clinical skills. At the same time, they want them to supplement, not replace, working with human simulated patients. (3/7)
