I spend last week making this #flower #mosaic with friends of mine for the Anna Pauwlona Flowerdays. Its a portait of Dutch comedian and show-host @arjenlubach.bsky.social. It's made from tens of thousands of hyacinth's nailed to a slab of tempex.

Yeah I used to struggle a lot with it as well and still do a lot of the time. Had to force myself to be proud of the stuff I made so I could learn to do it automatically at some point. At this point I've mostly managed to turn that feeling of inadequacy into curiosity in how to improve. But its hard
