I’ve done NCFDD “Sunday Meetings” for 5 years. People say they don’t work because they still don’t finish everything. But the point is that you can’t do everything. The real work is letting go of the “shoulds,” resetting expectations, and dropping the guilt. That’s what makes it transformative.

It's been a few months since i last swam, and I feel like a wet noodle! But i did it!
Fitbit doesn't do a very good job of tracking swimming, but my lap counter said I did 25 laps in 45 minutes (which is quite slow, but I'm fine with it). 🦵🏊♀️
