I wasn't really that hungry for lunch so I made a turkey sandwich with 4 oz of turkey than 2 oz because I like double the protein in my meals. It keeps me fuller longer.

I am looking at my options of moving from Louisiana to Massachusetts. I do adore the people here but I need something more for my children. Yes, MA is expensive but is so much better for my children who have autism. It's not going to happen asap. I need to look at the pros and cons first.
