That exactly describes my last couple of days. Been doing a job 1 - 2 days / week that is good for me, as it’s social and fun, and I blossom being present in the moment. But the days are long and it takes a lot out of me, so requires some focused TLC following.
#ThroughMyLenses you know you might have overdone things and hit your limit, when closing your eyes ‘for half an hour’, results in waking up 3 hours later. Time to focus on #RandR and #pacing to get back to base.
