✨ She's done! My gouache portrait of Edea Kramer from Final Fantasy VIII is my tribute to a game that shaped part of who I am.
FF8 was the very first FF I played, I was completely in awe & played like it was sacred.
Did you play FF8? Who was YOUR favourite character?

Joining in. Fight me (or don't). I'm usually team "never do a remake" so that one was tough.
Image of a blue crescent moon from the game Blue Prince.
Finally won. Finishing this was 10% fun and 90% "this stupid game isn't going to beat me."
Photograph of the beach along Crystal Cove in California. Foggy hills line the background as the sun burns off the last of the mist. Front and center are rocks forming a natural barrier between the ocean and the beach. The sun hits the beach, painting it orange, but leaves the other side cool and dark.

Granted I don't have a ton of experience with these cameras, my photography friends swear by holding the camera under your armpit while its developing to warm it up. You can clean the rollers by opening up the film compartment and taking a dampened cloth to them, just let it dry before using.
Usually that blue is a result of the chemical reaction in the film not happening properly. That tends to be from either 1) the film is very old/expired or 2) the film is cold. Less commonly, maybe the rollers need cleaning?
Long exposure shot of the pacific ocean with groups of rocks on each side. The left side rock structure is tall with barnacles on the lower half, suggesting that it has been here for a long time. The right side is shorter but expansive, drifting close to the horizon. We see the colors of sunset, purples and oranges, dance along the water, the rocks, and the sky.

digital art. two women kiss under a big mushroom. the background, barely visible, is a fantasy forest. Meadow, on the right, has pink skin and long teal hair. Nyravie, on the left, has blue skin and long peach-colored hair.
Dried, sunbleached asters after a long winter. A boulder, partial view of the base of a tree trunk and wet brown leaves are bokeh in the background. The white flowers against the darkness of the background make them seem like twinkling stars. The name Aster means star.

A long exposure photograph of Multnomah falls, in lush summer greens. There is a stone bridge hanging over the falls.

Sometimes I'll catch a Monster Hunter stream and it always weirds me out that players actually use target lock.
After months of work, I am proud to present:
"Making Monster Hunter", a feature-length documentary on the development of the very first Monster Hunter game.

My mood is low this morning, would you share the nicest art you've worked on(or your fav artists art) recently? I wanna see human made works <3

If "How Long to Beat" is any indication, I'm currently going through the longest Blue Prince playthrough ever.
I'm convinced AI is our generation's radium - a discovery with genuinely useful applications in specific, controlled circumstances that we stupidly put in everything from kid's toys to toothpaste until we realised the harm far too late where future generations will ask if we were out of our minds.
If your fashion is one to one with your builds, how is it more clicks for you? I think, if I'm reading you right, that we did the same thing but the fashion templates didn't change anything for me.
Have several of them fight over it, tbh.
Ah, the rare instance of already dreading Monday's work here on Friday night...

A storefront with various sundries in the world of Alchemy Factory.
Such an unbelievably charming and well-built factory game. #AlchemyFactory
I love the side-quest pieces of the Gen 2 legendaries but don't mind either way. Having them be more crafting focused means you get to work on them passively while you do other things. The option to do either, like after the Gen 1 update, is a nice middle ground.
the picture shows Saga, an original character from the game Guild Wars 2, sitting on a throne of ice while petting her creatures. She has pale skin covered in purplish dark scales, leather and spikes, short black hair with horns and golden eyes. On the left she's petting Papaya Hilarious Joke, a sphynx cat looking griffon (nightfang skin) with black skin, blue eyes and iridescent dark blue feathers. An armor simulating bones and a saddle cover her back. On the right Saga is petting Anathema, a skyscale dragon (dark monarch skin) with purple skin, green eyes and dark armored pieces similar to gothic churches. Sweet Saga and her pets for @calendarkrewe.bsky.social 2026!

A blacksmith behind an anvil...wait that's the head of a hammer! He seems to be forging a candy cane in his little workshop filled with life-sized items. This is the Candysmith, a tiny Elf forging crafts out of sugar and chocolate. His shelves are filled with various candies and all around him can be seen items from the real world such as a candle holder forge, a box of matches, a pocket watch, a pin cushion, a spool of thread and some tinker toys.
Finally it's finished. It's been a while since I pushed this hard into a piece but I absolutely love all the detail and the lighting.
This was so much fun, it really got my creative juices flowing and it was a challenge me every step of the way!
A stone bridge overlooks a river cascading through a gorge in New York. Water also drops in from above to the left, just before some stairs ascend to the bridge.
Hills along the California coast, green close to the camera and turning blue as they disappear into the horizon, meet the sea in the center of the image. There's foliage in bloom, wild grasses and bushes, lining the bottom left of the image. You can see the lines of fog, cutting the image in half from left to right.
Sunrise crusted hills featuring green brush and grasses. Two cypress trees look down from the very top.
The warm colors of sunrise illuminate the path of a stream making its way down a New York gorge. You can see the erosion of thousands of years leaving its mark on the rocks above the flow.
Looking back at the year and some of my favorites.
