Chili time! One of my favorite comfort foods. While normally I try to commit to a longer slower cook it can also come together quickly enough if you know what your flavors are. Plus cornbread is a must. Yum!

I find that honey brings a unique form to the sweet spicy combo. Particularly on a pizza with the oils and grease. The hot honey let's the heat remain controlled without getting spread throughout. Sweet heat in spots.

That said I'm a big believer in no wrong opinions on food. Eat what you love!

Pizza time! Love having homemade pizzas with a variety of toppings. Pepperoni and jalapenos finished with hot honey. The other was bacon, pineapple (come at me fool) , and veggie medley. Yum yum!

A change up in flavors. I went with a sear tilapia atop some coconut rice, a sweet chili bean side and a poblano cream sauce. Turns out weird ingredients in the kitchen lead to unique dishes. While tasty, not sure I'll write this recipe down.

A fair point! This Ragu was a solid 2 hours. I still think it's easy since a vast majority of that time is just letting it cook but I completely understand that most folks don't have that time!
