When I see a sapling
reach toward the sun
it's to you
my thoughts turn

watching the waves
grasp for the shore
there in my mind
you appear

observing a bee
seek the ideal flower
I can't but ponder
how you are

Your soul knows. Just don't expect someone else to give this to you. It can happen when you fully embrace your own sensuality. Enjoy yourself, for yourself. If and when you find someone who proves themselves worthy, maybe you can share your magic with them. Nobody is ever entitled, not even Pedro.

One does not become a witch. One awakens to the witch within. I realized over many decades what I have always been. I could have chosen other words, but at this time I feel the subversiveness of embracing witchery is needed.

Awakening is a lifelong process. Asking the question is a start.
