A talk (not a presentation) is a product. Born from an idea and shaped by relentless feedback. What looks great on paper often isn’t in practice - so talks evolve, pause, pivot, or get binned. Old parts resurface, messages sharpen. Iteration beats perfection.

Not government but this is the good stuff. Imagine product manages in government doing this every few days.

#tom-updates a lot of work in process items were finished today. Regular comms and alignment syncs went in calendars. Provided feedback on workshop plans. Got feedback on designs for change communities. Reviewed my own agile coaching growth wheel. Made plans for this year’s professional development.

#tom-updates today saw a great facilitation case study in a community of practice. Shared public and private contract concepts in agile coaching, consulting, ethics. Did work on an op model. Peer reviewed work. Got a peer review. Began automating messaging in slack channels for change comms.
