Unfortunately its the same gullable idiots and/or racists who voted for Brexit, and will probably vote for the Snake Oil salesman Farage in the next GE.
I agree. But the media portrayed it as 52% to 48%....and it was just a joke ๐
52% surely.....
Brilliant news @zackpolanski.bsky.social!!! What a way to wake up. #GreenParty
Thanks Rob
Shame it was a little too far away. But I've only ever seen one before in Scotland. Very rarely seen in Greater Manchester.
Thanks Colin. Appreciated.
Great pictures by the way.
I'm going to Paphos in the summer. Mandria area is somewhere I wanted to explore. Did you park close by? I was looking at the Beach bar then just walking down the roads to see what I could find. Any info would be appreciated.
Thank you very much. I'd seen the Owl a couple of times so it was just about being patient, and luckily it paid off.
Yeah fantastic place and some great local birding around the resort. Back to cold Manchester in the morning. ๐
Last day in Mexico.
A stunning Ferruginous Pygmy Owl, a Summer Tanager and a Rufous Browed Peppershrike. #MexicoBirds
Another belting morning in sunny Mexico; three new species Collared Aracari, Great Crested Flycatcher and Olive Throated Parakeet, plus another cracking White Eyed Vireo.
Back to the birds. New lifer Ovenbird. Then some nice shots of Californian Brown Pelican, Turkey Vulture, and Cinnamon Hummingbird.
Don't do political stuff and this isn't really. These are pictures of a small stretch of coastline in Yucatan, Mexico. It's unremarkable in its significance and I doubt more than a thousand people have ever walked down it. We must do more. #Litter #Mexico
But as you can see it is also beautiful.
Absolutely hammered it down with rain all afternoon, finally stopped and made our way from the bar back to the room. A Great Black Hawk sat in the trees. Fantastic new lifer and completely unexpected.
New lifer; the Gray Catbird, also very happy to have caught the Belted Kingfisher in flight. Difficult to pickup due to the speed of flight.
Another cracking morning birding in Meixco. Buff Bellied Hummingbird, Summer Tanager and a Yellow Rumped Warbler all lifers.
Cracking morning birding in Mexico. Two new species and one new for this trip. A few more today.
Grey Headed Chachalaca (new)
Cinnamon Hummingbird (new)
Yellow Throated Warbler.
A few new species in Mexico today. White Eyed and Yucatan Vireo. Baird's Sandpiper and what looks like a Black Cowled Oriole.
Some more decent birding in Mexico.
