Hume's Leaf Warbler was showing and calling well at Sandwich Bay Bird Observatory.

I hadn’t even thought to try Google Lens, great suggestion, thank you so much for the tip! I just gave it a go, and it instantly identified the bird as a woodcock. The camouflage is absolutely incredible; no wonder it was so hard to spot at first.

Which bird is it? A person said they found it on the ground with no visible marks. I want to know its name.

Not gonna believe it but this raven sees my dog run out side, flies down and lands next to him knowing hes a chaser. Like half a food away, dash (my dog) sees it and goes crazy, cue fence stand off LOL. Raven absolutely knows what its doing
