Well i know people who bloom it every year
Cymbidium Prince Louis looking very regal in the house this year. One of my more favourite hybrids as it retails a more specie looking flower than the very large round flowers. It was divided and re-potted this January and needs to be re-potted again.

This was going to sale next year it's ernt a chance of another year
Bulbophyllum Elizabeth Anne 'Buckelberry' AM/RHS I have had this plant for maybe 16yrs it been sent to many people and never flowered for me. I have no idea what I did as the plant use to be double this size. 29 spikes and will all open, at different times shame not all at the same time.
Oncidium cheirophorum really beautiful miniature species to grow both of these, are in 3cm pots just shows you dont need a lot of space to grow orchids. Highly scented as well what not to love. #orchids #orchidaceae #greenhouse #species #garden #gardening #plants #flowers
Maxillaria schunkeana first blooming plant. Unfortunately the flowers a little moth eaten, but thats what happens when your flowers are so well hidden. A gorgeous species, great for windowsill growing not taking up much space. #orchids #orchidaceae #flowers #greenhouse #nature #species #garden
Paphiopedilum King Arthur 'Burgoyne' this a very old cultivar of the hybrid dating back ro around 1915, if I remember correctly. I personally still think this cross holds up, still a vigorous easy hybrid to grow. #orchids #orchidaceae #greenhouse #nature #hybrid #garden #gardening #growing
Dahlia bed has been lifted this year I left them last year, only becuase every time I was off work it rained and the grown was to wet. Lots a large tubers this time. They'll get a layer of bubble so they dont get wet under the greenhouse benching. #garden #gardening #jobs #winter #weekend #autumn
Oncidium tigrinum first bloomer for me, I have had this plant on my wish list for years. I'm thrilled to have it in my collection last summer. Can't wait to see the plant get more mature and bloom even better. #orchids #orchidaceae #flowers #greenhouse #nature #species #garden #gardening #plants
Cymbidium LeoDagran in bloom, seems the hot weather has helped the Cymbid's in to spiking, especially after they've all been re-potted over the summer.
Gorgeous dark purple with contrasting white lip. #orchids #orchidaceae #flowers #greenhouse #nature #hybrid #garden #gardening #plants
Cymbidium gammieanum an early bloomer and very reliable bloomer and very easy grower as well. A species in it's a own right but a natural hybrid between Cym ellagans x erythraeum.

Bulbophyllum grandiflorum I really adore this species, with it large tan spotted flowers alien shape. This has been a very fuss free plant just sits with the other Bulbo's, and gets on with it. #orchids #orchidaceae #flowers #greenhouse #nature #species #garden #gardening #plants #blooms
I find that with henryanum
Sweet, musky hyacinth
Oncidium wyttianum back in bloom an absolutely gorgeous scent i have using this in recent breeding, hopefully some exciting things to come. Very worth while species to have in a collection.

Dracual bella I bought this as a seedling from burnhams last autumn. It kept spike through the summer. I chopped the spikes so I could repot it and let it really bloom.

Oncidium flexuosum 'Burnham' im calling this one Burnham as that's where it came from. Yet I have another two of this species a pure yellow form and a smaller form in plant and flower. This was bought in spike. So I did not bloom it. #orchids #orchidaceae #flowers #greenhouse #nature #species
Maxillaria bradei, first time blooming plant for me five spikes and its highly scented quite a sweet scent as well. Seems an extremely easy and fuss free grower. #orchids #orchidaceae #flowers #greenhouse #nature #species #garden #gardening #plants
Yes hoping for bigger spikes next year
Gomesa crispa, this is the first time I've ever been able to see this plant bloom. I've had it a long time, but either slugs have eaten them or moulded out. Been chopped up as well. Lots a lovely spikes on it.

Oncidium noezlianum 'Geyserland' this is a first blooming division I got last year. The the pictures don't do the the intensity, of flowers any justice. It really is a stunning flower. #orchids #orchidaceae #flowers #greenhouse #nature #species #garden #gardening #plants
Paph Doll's Kobold second blooming for me don't know why I didn't post it last year. But it's a really plant very easy growing quite small in size plant wise nice large bloom.
