UKSP is present on different social media channels to increase the visibility of its news items, and we are now also on Mastodon In the last seven months, we have been trying to make UKSP news items reachable across different platforms in order to increase visibility. The UKSP website receives around 50–200 visitors per day. This is partly because, when a new UKSP news item is published on the UKSP website, the post is also automatically shared on different social media platforms. Recently, UKSP was contacted by the Max Planck Institute for Solar System Research social media team about joining Mastodon.
