San Diego's beaches are bouncing back after El Niño Scripps researchers say it's good news about the health and resilience of our coasts.

Two new studies from researchers at Scripps Oceanography found that San Diego County beaches gained width in the past year, and that average beach width across all of California has remained stable since 1985.
