And in between are the people who see it like a movie or as a side character, or it depends on the authority POV, or like someone is telling them directly.

I love this. Ever since I found out that people don’t “perceive” the story the same ways. Yours is a bit new to me. I’m the person who puts myself into the characters POV, so it’s always happening to me. But on the opposite side my husband has aphantasia, and doesn’t picture anything.

If as a writer, you attend a few rock concerts that inspire a fictional series of books about rock stars, then the tickets and merchandise purchase would be expenses for research, right? 😜

Shared the snippet with a friend and they think it’s also for goodreads arcs. Honestly none of that helps a reader decide on the book. Or the writer know if they actually enjoyed it.

Or are looking to pad reviews so they can get arcs from other authors wanting social proof of book reviews?

I mean, it’s a book review, why are they even summarizing these things? What did you like? What didn’t you like as a justification for the star… who’s writing these AI book reports?

Any time people ignore trauma. And I don’t mean they’re ready to deal, but there should be signs that it’s affecting them.
