It's world Sea Lion Day. Here's a Galapagos Sea Lion that just seemed to be napping right underneath me. These are endemic to the Galapagos. They are considered endangered. They will come right up to people as they did many times to me. Once while sitting in a lounge chair at a pool.

There may be more in other spots. We were specifically looking around this volcanic location where the Monk Seals are normally found. From all the Hawaiian diving I've done, the big Island has the better Coral reefs. There does seem to be more black coral in Kauai though.
