Ollie Oystercatcher was rushing around like a lunatic, which brought him to the attention of the 'Water Patrol' for speeding. Due to it being an accident black spot the 'Water Patrol' were very strict when it comes to speeding. Ollie tried to explain he was late getting home from his date and his mum had already got his tea ready. Sadly for Ollie he still got a speeding ticket, and a note for his mum so he didn't get in trouble with her, but they say they wouldn't pass his information on to the 'Flying Squad' who were much stricter when it comes to the rules of the water.. GROOVY GROUSE - We saw this male Ruffed Grouse in all his displaying splendour. He was fully fanning his feathers. The black neck “ruffs” are normally laid flat & hidden except during his mating display. A very well camouflaged female was nearby. #birdphotography #nature #strutyourruffstuff
