It's definitely one for the Eye I reckon 🧐
Not yet sadly - all the police know so far is that it was deliberate 😔
Yes, that would be me, answering questions and waffling on about how I wrote my book. Please do sign up if you’re free.
Oh yes, David - it was very 'inconvenient' indeed 😐

Got this barrel of oil for sale. Totally legit and did not fall off the back of a tanker in any strait.
Just imagine what the 'informal advice' warned him of.
Archaeologists at Tel Azekah uncovered a 2,500-year-old reservoir filled with the remains of dozens of infants, raising unsettling questions about burial practices and social realities in ancient Judah.

The Potteries Museum & Art Gallery We are delighted to announce that The Friends of The Potteries Museums & Art Gallery, helped by generous public donations, have raised £10,000 towards the acquisition Ellastone Dress Fastener. Thank you everyone who has donated towards this fantastic milestone. We are now closing this strand of the funding campaign.
Some great news - thank you to everyone who contributed their hard earned cash!
(Just a reminder that had the finder/ landowner donated the dress fastener, it would have cost £0 instead of £150,000...)

Trump says his life was better before he became president.
Dude, everyone's lives were better before you became president…
Everyone’s.
Isn't it always just the coincidence that historical buildings simply catch fire... and the Antrim Arms was simply lovely and utterly unique.
First it was “quiet, piggy” to a female reporter. Now Trump is literally waving women journalists away with rude hand signals. This is so unacceptable how women in the White House press corps are being treated!

Really useful summary and reflection from Scotland in this interesting volume
Medieval Rural Settlement, Infrastructure Projects and Commercial Development: The Scottish Experience by John A. Atkinson
Freshly washed courgette flowers piled up on a clean tea towel
The same now fried in a very light beer batter
Spring in northern Italy means courgette flowers with tiny courgettes still attached! Yum. We like them with tzatiki, the traditional Milanese way 😂

For #WorldHeritageDay why not explore this wonderful site in person or with this great virtual 🧵 from @thexclaim6.bsky.social 🙂
