The foot of the picture shows the stream leaving the pool into which the waterfall splashes. vegetation hugs both rocky banks. The fall itself is central, curving a little as it descends from the hollow dip in the cliff that bears mature trees.

#ourworldiswonderful; I leave you this evening with a shot of Hardrow Force, a waterfall in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It varies in intensity with rainfall, of course. Sometimes a mere trickle and at others a veritable deluge!

Love old churches . . . St Mary and St Finnan's Catholic Church, Glenfinnan, Highlands, Scotland. It's situated near the site where Bonnie Prince Charlie raised his standard in 1745.

The Great Chamber at St. Nicholas Priory, Exeter. A broad stone staircase leads up to the room in which the medieval Priory's guests would have been fed. After the Reformation this probably served as a great chamber. The upper end of the hall, where there may have been a /1

Two healthy young people descending a curving path in the foreground. Beyond them are countless acres of rolling green meadow backstopped by sharp rock mountain landscape below blue skies and puffy white clouds.

For #scape theme today, this is one of my favorite photos from our recent trip to #Italy. My son and his girlfriend descending a mountain overlooking the Alpe di Suisi in the #Dolomites. What a fairytale of a #landscape that was!
