After 18 months of operation and a cost of $140 million to Australians, the staggeringly incompetent NACC has concluded its top 3 major corruption investigations, and guess what?
It has found no corruption.
The #NACC is a failure and a national embarrassment.

The RBA wants another 85 thousand people to become unemployed before they think it’s ‘safe’ to lower interest rates…hoping for higher unemployment and flirting with recession isn’t safe. The RBA should cut interest rates now

Charts showing Australian annual CO2 emissions from 2021 out to 2030. The have been flat since 2021 and will stay so till 2028 when apparently they will fall at a perfect rate to achieve a 43% cut of 2005 levels in 2030
The latest greenhouse gas emissions figures show Australia emits more gas now than when the government was elected.
But the govt wants us to believe we are "on target" to achieve 43% cuts below 2005 levels by 2030.
Enough with the spin: we need to stop approving new coal & gas mines *now*.
What a pity we are also on track to increase coal and gas exports
Hint: it doesn’t matter where in the world Australia’s coal and gas is shipped before it is burned, it will still destroy our reef, cause our rivers to flood & destroy huge parts of our economy theconversation.com/australia-on...
Australia, next year we get to vote on our next Federal Parliament.
This Honest Government Ad is a hilarious primer, covering why you can't "waste your vote" in Australia, donation reform, minority government and more.

Today I introduced this in Parliament. It’s time the Big Tech giants were made to manage their algorithms to make our online experience safe, time we stopped asking users and parents to be the solution to social media harm. The operators of these platforms should step up. My Bill would achieve that.

This Parliament has not passed bills addressing the homelessness and rental crises, and other cost of living issues.
But the major parties colluded this week on legislation increasing their own public funding, and making it harder for independents to be elected.
Priorities.
ICYMI: @thejuicemedia.bsky.social prepared this outstanding Honest Govt ad explaining the major parties' desire to protect the 2 Party system. Labor and the Coalition's collusion this week to protect the duopoly is obscene. #auspol youtu.be/N3WTlyuhDs0?...
If a Government is trying to rush a bill through Parliament, then odds are something fishy is going on.
