Not disagreeing re the state of Kiwi homes but let's focus on foot in the door and build from there...

Insulation etc would all be on top of Mike's 90k.

And the govt should be investing in all of this to break domestic reliance on fossil fuels...

And we already have a good proof of concept in the clean car rebate...just need to rake that ball and run with it like the All Blacks in a non World Cup year...

And separately but usefully boosting public transport to fill gaps in the system...

And legitimise WFH where possible...make it a feature not a bug of applicable roles...
