It took a bit of luck and patience to finally get a shot of the moon rising next to one of our local Red-tailed Hawks (Buteo jamaicensis).
This was created using focus stacking in PS from two images. The scene was the same; one was focused on the hawk, the other on the moon. #birds #moon #wildlife
