Spot on.

My loyal customer status is meaningless. I'm so loyal that I bought their stock after 9/11 in hopes of keeping them afloat. It's tanked ever since, but I held onto it bc, guess what, I'm a loyal customer and loved their policies. Today, its stock went up.
I'm selling #SWA anyway. Bad decision.
