Raised beds and grow bags in a corner of a yard. There are multiple daffodils growing in them, some blooming and some still to flower. There is black weed-proof membrane on the ground between the beds, weighted down with bricks and plant pots full of stones. There is a wooden screen with horizontal slats built onto the fence behind the raised beds and the wall of an outbuilding behind the grow bags on the right. The scene is partially sunlit.
As I wasn't growing anything in the veg patch* over winter, I stuffed it with daffodil bulbs that I bought for cheap at the end of November.
* Currently undergoing a revamp, hence the building site vibes around the beds.

With soft greens all around, this yellow oriole really stands out. He is perched on a large tree branch angling across the lower left corner of the frame. He faces us and is mostly bright yellow. He has a black mask and throat which makes it look like he is wearing a yellow hood. His wings are black with white bands. He looks back over his left shoulder and we can clearly see his slightly curved, pointy, glossy black beak.
