Today after finishing their #hedgewatch the humans met this little #rodent at the #hedgehog feeding station in the neighbours #garden 😻 We think its a #woodmouse 😻
Wood mice were the first mammals in which a magnetic sense was proven; that is, they have a builtin compass.

Thanks for being thoughtful 🌹🐾 In Northern European countries it's not very dangerous snake wise. In most northern European countries the European adder is the only venomous snake. With a weak venom. Only dangerous if you are very weak or allergic. Congratulations to your little adventure 😻🐾
Today the humans went on #hedgewatch and saw the first #slowworm of the year. We love this little #lizard often mistakenly thought to be a #snake. Did you know that the blindworm isn't blind?

The people from the shelter say it was the easiest rescue in their life. The cat was waiting patiently and walked almost into the carrier 🙀😽

Today: during #running #hedgewatch the not twitter assistant found a wounded #cat (we are not showing the wounds) & called the shelter. They already knew about this cat and came to pick it up. The cat waited patiently & is now at the vet.
